At Affordable Movers, we are your full-service moving company. We take the hassle out of moving and provide customized moving services to fit your specific needs whether you are moving a few items, or an entire home, apartment or condo. We also specialize in commercial moves.
Our labor rates are $150/hour for two professional movers and $175/hour for 3 professional movers. We have a flat rate truck fee of $125 for our 26 Foot Box Truck with Power Lift Gate on all local moves (50 Mile Radius), which includes: the truck, gas, mileage, and supplies (such as furniture pads to wrap and protect furniture, tape, and shrink wrap.). We offer very affordable flat rates on long distance moves as well. If you just need us to provide the labor to either unload or load a truck (or both), we would be more than happy to provide you with reliable and professional labor.

Flat Rate Truck Fee - $125 (covers gas, mileage up to 50 miles, blankets, dollies, shrink wrap etc.)

Option 1 (FREE): Standard Moving Company Item Coverage of $.60/pound per item
Option 2 ($100 FEE): Full Coverage will be applied to all articles (Please See Excluded Items)
Items Not Covered Under Insurance: refrigerators, appliances, exercise equipment, particle board furniture, wood & laminate flooring, glass items, contents of containers not packed by our movers, the customer’s home, or land of any sort, bicycles, plants, lamps & lamp shades, vacuum cleaners, electronics, marble, pictures or mirrors. We strongly recommend you packing and transporting electronics, lamps & lamp shades, glass of any kind, pictures etc.
